In UP some district officers are behaving like Robin hood. They go reportedly alone in civil dress to take  stock of the situation,but  some goons,who did not recognise the boss,had a reported fight with them . One or two cases were came to DGP’s notice and he reportedly warned district police chiefs to avoid such situation.
